Gimp 2.4.0 Released

這幾天忙著想東西都沒注意什麼新聞，今天才注意到 Gimp 出新版的 2.4.0 了。Release notes 在這裡。
看起來主要是一些工具 (筆刷、selection tool 等等) 的改善、介面的改進，以及縮放的影像品質改善等等...。
